The Village at Washington Square is a 26-unit affordable housing community located in Tigard. It is within walking distance of schools, childcare, shopping, four transit lines, and jobs. Unit sizes range from one to four bedrooms, varying between single-floor flats and two-floor townhouses. Amenities include a play structure and a community center.

In 2021, CPAH renovated the property’s exterior and revamped the community room with new furnishings and space for resident services.
