Spencer House Apartments is a 48-unit, multi-family property in Beaverton with one, two, and three bedroom units that serve families and individuals. Spencer House is located adjacent to a park and fire station, less than one mile from elementary and high schools, and is part of what is considered the second “most walkable” neighborhood in Beaverton. Onsite amenities include play areas and a community room with a small library and designated reading area for children.

In 2013, an extensive rehabilitation project was completed at Spencer House, repairing plumbing, replacing fixtures, cabinetry, ventilation, improving insulation, replacing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, downspouts, and adding accessibility improvements on the site.
