Land Acknowledegment
CPAH properties rest on the traditional lands of the Multnomah, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Chinook, Tualatin Kalapuya, Molalla, and numerous other tribes who have stewarded this land for generations. We recognize the enduring legacy of Indigenous peoples, their resilience, and the deep wisdom embedded in their cultures.
We also acknowledge the painful history of genocide, relocation, and assimilation that has significantly affected Indigenous communities and their connections to this land. We honor their elders, both past and present, and commit ourselves to fostering meaningful relationships with Indigenous peoples based on understanding, respect, and shared responsibility.
