CPAH staff focuses on connecting residents with housing stabilization services in order to keep them safe in their housing and avoid evictions. Staff provides one-on-one referral information to assist residents who are at risk of losing their housing, and we create connections between residents and community resources (including rent assistance, utility assistance, transportation, food, and more) to help them stay stable in their homes. CPAH staff works with a variety of partners to provide these opportunities. CPAH staff also communicate closely with property management to ensure that any issues can be addressed as early as possible.
