Metzger Park Apartments is a 32-unit housing community that serves families and individuals. The apartments range from one to three bedrooms, and amenities include a children’s play structure and nearby transit access.

In 2015, Metzger Park underwent an extensive rehabilitation project. Renovations included new siding, windows, plumbing, improved ventilation for all units (including bathroom fans and PTAC units), and accessibility improvements around the site.
