CPAH’s first housing community, Greenburg Oaks has 84 apartments, ranging from one- to three-bedroom units.

Amenities include a community room with kitchen (and a small library for children), a half-court basketball and blacktop rec. area, playground equipment, an onsite community garden where residents can grow healthy food, and close proximity to transit and jobs.

The community room is also used for after school and summer youth programming, meetings, and resident-led recovery groups (both in English and in Spanish).
